Orientation Day for 2024-25 Cohort

The Orientation Day for the newly admitted students of the 2024–25 cohort was held on 23rd November 2024 at the Ishavasyam Auditorium, SDM University, Dharwad. The event was graced by Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of SDM University, who was the Chief Guest.

In his inaugural address, Dr. Niranjan Kumar emphasized the university’s commitment to nurturing students not only into competent professionals but also into responsible and compassionate human beings. He remarked, “SDM University will help students become professionals along with better human beings in society. Teachers must initiate the learning process in students, which will foster life-long learning of skills.”

The event marked the beginning of an excitin academic journey for the incoming students setting a strong foundation for their persona and professional growth.
